Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis secara sistematis penerapan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) dalam penelitian ergonomi di Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi sektor industri, instrumen pendukung, desain penelitian, hasil penilaian risiko, intervensi ergonomi, dan kesenjangan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA. Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada basis data Scopus dan menghasilkan 17 artikel, dengan 7 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara naratif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan RULA mencakup sektor konstruksi, manufaktur skala kecil dan menengah, kerajinan tradisional, pengolahan pangan, dan layanan penerbangan. RULA paling sering dikombinasikan dengan Nordic Body Map (NBM), sedangkan penelitian didominasi oleh desain cross-sectional dan studi observasional. Skor RULA yang dilaporkan umumnya menunjukkan tingkat risiko ergonomi sedang hingga tinggi. Penelitian yang mengevaluasi intervensi ergonomi menunjukkan adanya penurunan skor RULA setelah dilakukan perbaikan, meskipun bukti mengenai efektivitas intervensi dalam jangka panjang masih terbatas. Secara keseluruhan, RULA banyak digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko ergonomi pada berbagai sektor pekerjaan di Indonesia. Penelitian selanjutnya perlu memperkuat evaluasi intervensi jangka Panjang, serta mengembangkan dan memvalidasi penilaian RULA berbasis teknologi.
