Blang Ketumba merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan pabrik kelapa sawit yang menghasilkan <em>Crude Palm Oil </em>(CPO) yang beroperasi mulai tahun 2011. Banyaknya jumlah departemen produksi pada PT. Blang Ketumba mengakibatkan ongkos <em>material handling </em>yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang <em>layout</em> alternatif yang dapat meminimalisir ongkos <em>material handling </em>dengan menggunakan metode <em>Systematic Layout Planning </em>(SLP) dan <em>Algoritma Blocplan</em>. Good products are of course produced through the best process as well. Increasing productivity in the production system is an absolute thing that must be done. To achieve production productivity, namely by increasing or rehabilitating production machines at the company. In producing a product, maintenance activities are needed. Maintenance is an activity to maintain the reliability of a facility so that the facility can function properly and is ready to function. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support </span><span class="s39">and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Job Performance. </span><span class="s40">There is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Psychological Empowerment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Job Performance which is mediated by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable. In this study, data collection techniques include a literature review from various books and journals. The cooling box in this design uses hydrocarbon refrigerant, namely musicool-22, with polyurethane insulation of 1.75 m thickness and a capacity of 95 kg, resulting in a cooling load of 8768.951 W. XYZ http://journal.iteba.ac.id/index.php/jmrib/article/view/242 <p>Perusahaan dengan manajemen persediaan yang baik akan menghasilkan proses produksi sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Perusahaan mengalami masalah diantaranya persediaan yang berlebih, layanan pelanggan yang buruk, dan utilitas kapasitas tidak mencukupi. Tujuannya yaitu melakukan peramalan perencanaan persediaan produk nugget supaya tidak berlebih dalam persedian. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode <em>Material Requirement Planning</em>&nbsp;(MRP). X dengan Menggunakan Metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) http://journal.iteba.ac.id/index.php/jmrib/article/view/284 <p><em>This research was conducted at a company engaged in the precast concrete industry. The company produces and distributes piling products both domestically and abroad. The quality of pile products made by the company is one of the considerations of consumers. For this reason, the company must provide the best quality by utilizing all production factors as efficiently as possible. This is done to maintain consumer confidence and reduce the number of products that must meet company standards. This research aims to find the leading cause of defects in pile products. The method used is failure mode&nbsp;and effect analysis (FMEA). The FMEA method will look at the factors that cause defects based on the highest risk priority number (RPN). From the research results obtained, four factors cause defects in pile products, namely human factors, machine factors, material factors and method factors. Based on calculating the priority risk value in the FMEA method, the RPN value results are Machine Factors of 192, Material Factors of 180, Human Factors of 120, and Method Factors of 75. The factor causing the highest pile product defects is the machine factor, with an RPN value of 192. The gluing process is carried out with the help of a jig with a manual system. The output of the Touch Panel Assembly Process using the current jig is still far from the target and also for the resulting output there are still many Rejects (Peel Off) on one side. This research was conducted to increase output and reduce Peel Off in the touch panel assembly process. </em></p> <p><em>The redesign of the jig tool in this study was carried out using the Quality Fungtion Deployment method by basing consumer needs in the design process. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 10 people consisting of operators, production leaders and also Quality Control.</em></p> <p><em>The results of data collection from the questionnaire found that there is a need to replace the method in the Touch Panel Assembly Process, namely the Pressing method. Therefore, the new jig design can be used by using a lever as a press tool. Then the use of a stopper so that the Touch panel and cover are attached longer without having to be held in the lever area.
